Terms & Conditions

Lifetitude · Last updated October 17, 2026

These Terms explain how Lifetitude’s educational websites, digital downloads and products may be used, purchased and refunded. They are tailored to our current early-stage operations.

1. Who operates Lifetitude

Lifetitude is a Canadian digital education brand dedicated to constructive thinking, personal development, and helping aspiring entrepreneurs build their businesses with clarity and confidence. The services described in these Terms are currently provided by Lifetitude’s Ontario-based owner in a personal capacity. Lifetitude is not currently a separately incorporated company. These Terms apply to Lifetitude landing pages, digital products, downloads and communications (collectively, the “Services”). For questions contact support@lifetitude.ca.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our products are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

3. Educational information and results

Our books, guides, worksheets and other resources provide general educational information about constructive thinking, confidence, decision-making and starting an online business. They are not individualized legal, financial, tax, psychological or professional advice. We do not promise any particular income, business result, personal transformation or outcome. Your decisions and actions remain your responsibility.

4. Digital products and permitted use

Digital products may include downloadable PDF guides, worksheets, checklists and other educational materials. Upon successful payment, access or delivery instructions will be provided through the checkout or the email address used for purchase, as described on the applicable offer page. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own learning or internal business planning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share paid files, or claim ownership of them without prior written permission.

5. Prices, checkout and payment

Prices, currencies and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. The current founding offer for From Doubt to Digital: The 30-Day First Offer Journey is advertised at US$27, subject to change for future orders. Payments are processed by third-party checkout and payment providers, including AWeber checkout tools and Stripe. We do not represent that we directly store full payment-card information. Any additional charges must be disclosed before you place an order.

6. Refunds and the 14-day guarantee

From Doubt to Digital: The 30-Day First Offer Journey includes a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email support@lifetitude.ca within 14 calendar days after purchase, ideally including the purchase email address and transaction details. No explanation is required. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable; processing times depend on the payment provider. Other products may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated on their respective offer or checkout pages. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Customer support and delivery problems

If a download link or delivery email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder and contact support@lifetitude.ca. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access and delivery issues.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Lifetitude materials, text, graphics, names, layouts and educational content are owned by or licensed to the operator of Lifetitude and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer with a purchase. Any use beyond the personal license above requires prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with site operation, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use our materials or communications for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harassing purposes.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or rely on independent third parties, such as payment processors, email providers, social platforms and website hosts. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what applicable law requires.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy. Email marketing is subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, replace or discontinue content and offerings, and may experience interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law and will not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases.

13. Disclaimers and liability

We aim to provide accurate, useful educational materials but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or particular results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law and concerns

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you have a concern, please contact support@lifetitude.ca so we can attempt to resolve it informally. We do not require binding arbitration or waive access to courts through these Terms.
