Last updated: October 17, 2026
Lifetitude is a Canadian digital education brand dedicated to constructive thinking, personal development, and helping aspiring entrepreneurs build their businesses with clarity and confidence.
Lifetitude provides digital educational resources, guides, email content and products designed to support people beginning an online business. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our online pages, subscribe to our communications, interact with our lead forms, or purchase our products.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, messages, subscription preferences and information related to your orders. Payment processing is handled through our payment and checkout providers; we do not intend to store full payment-card details ourselves.
Our website, forms, email service providers and hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, device information, activity logs, and cookie-related data.
2. How we use information
We use information to deliver requested guides and products, operate and improve our services, manage subscriptions and purchases, provide customer support, communicate important service updates, send marketing emails where permitted, measure campaign effectiveness where applicable, and meet legal obligations.
3. Email subscriptions and consent
If you subscribe to Lifetitude emails, we use your contact information to send the content you requested and, where authorized, educational and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in those messages or by contacting support@lifetitude.ca. We maintain records needed to respect unsubscribe requests and applicable anti-spam laws.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use third-party providers to help operate Lifetitude. These may include AWeber for email subscriptions and communications, Meta for Facebook and Instagram lead forms and advertising, Stripe for payment processing, AWeber's checkout tools, and providers supporting our website and digital-product delivery. These providers may process information under their own policies and their agreements with us. We may also disclose information where legally required or as necessary to protect our rights.
We do not describe these disclosures as sales of personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking
Lifetitude may advertise through platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may collect information that people choose to submit through advertising lead forms or independent landing pages. Meta Pixel is not currently installed on our websites or landing pages. We may introduce Meta Pixel and similar advertising or analytics technologies on our websites or independent landing pages to understand visitor interactions, measure campaign effectiveness and purchase conversions, and create or refine advertising audiences. Depending on the technology enabled, information collected may include pages viewed, website interactions, browser and device details, identifiers, and conversion events. Meta and other providers may process information under their own privacy notices. We will provide any required notices, choices, and consent mechanisms before activating non-essential tracking where applicable. Essential cookies and technical logs may also be used by our hosting, checkout, and other service providers.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to select and manage providers appropriately.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfilling orders, maintaining subscriptions, respecting opt-outs, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You may also withdraw consent where applicable. Email support@lifetitude.ca with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults interested in entrepreneurship, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will reflect the latest published version.
